We are seeking consultants with backgrounds in organizational development, workplace strategy, management, real estate & architecture. A creative problem solver passionate about making our clients more sustainable and their "workplace & people experience" better. The right candidate is interested in creating, implementing and sustaining workplace strategies that help organizations improve employee engagement, optimize assets, drive transformational change and reduce real estate footprint.

Our clients are corporations and institutions - both large and small - who are motivated to create a workplace that attracts and retains talent; improves team productivity and agility; jumpstarts collaboration and innovation; drives organizational culture; enables health and wellbeing; and increases the efficiency and sustainability of their real estate investments.

The right candidate will:

  • Support our consulting projects with corporate clients
  • Oversee workplace research activities and be familiar with statistical analysis of large datasets
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from research including surveys, utilization studies, and focus groups
  • Help with data analysis and visualization, space programming and conceptual design support
  • Conduct and synthesize research from internal and external sources
  • Manage and deliver specific activities within a project, including the timeline, client interaction, communication, and deliverables

The candidate should:

  • Be interested in exploring workplace performance through big data/statistical analysis to develop effective business cases.
  • Have a degree in one of the following:
    • industrial and/or organizational psychology
    • architecture/real estate
    • MBA with a similar focus
  • have project management experience
  • possess excellent presentation skills
  • be capable of leading workshops, focus groups and presentations
  • be able to lead Change Management engagements
  • have 5+ years of experience PhD or equivalent can substitute 3 years of experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
